How PodKolay subscriptions can be cancelled and what happens after cancellation.

1. Overview
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Cancellation is managed through the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy).
2. How to Cancel
- You can cancel from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or from the payment receipt link.
- You can also request cancellation help through support.
3. Effective Date and Access
Cancellation does not remove access immediately; access continues until the current billing period ends, then renewals stop.
Except where required by law, no prorated refund is provided for unused subscription time.
4. Credits After Cancellation
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- After cancellation, remaining credits are handled according to your plan rules and account status.
