1. Overview
PodKolay is a digital SaaS service. Before purchasing, users are responsible for reviewing plan details, credit logic, and usage limits.
2. Subscription Charges
Subscription charges are processed via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Except where required by law, prorated refunds are not provided for used time.
3. Credits and Top-ups
- Credits are digital usage rights with no cash value.
- Credits are consumed when a paid action is queued or started.
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- Top-up credits are non-refundable once used.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be reviewed for legal obligations, duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or verified technical billing faults caused by PodKolay.
